Refund and Return Policy
In the event an exchange/refund is required, the product/s must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the package with all the original tags still on them. Any products you’re not happy with can be refunded for cash to the exact value of your products.
If your return is in any way a result of an error by petalsart.lk, we will happily refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are returning. An email also needs to be sent to us at support@petalsart.lk with the item and copy of the invoice with the reasons for return and other details for the exchange.
If you still wish to return and/or exchange the items, you will be responsible for all shipping and gift box costs incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s). Please send your return items using a reliable courier that offers tracking.
Please note that refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Returns Center.
No refunds will be available after the 7-day returns period has expired.
Replacement Process
Upon receiving the email on the refund/exchange, PetalsArt.lk will call the buyer to verify the requirement, within 48 hours.
If the requirement is found to be within the purview of the replacement policy, PetalsArt.lk will inform you of the location where the item/product should be returned to. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, along with the tags and undamaged box, which came with the product. Replacement cannot be made if any parts of the product are missing or the box has been damaged.
Upon receipt of the product/item, PetalsArt.lk will review the items and then expedite the refund/exchange.
Refund Process
If your product is eligible for a refund, then the refund will be made via direct credit to your bank account or a refund to your card if that was the payment method for the order.
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund type you have selected. Once the seller has received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone an inspection process our end (1-2 working days)
